As an expert in specifications and costs, I find the combination of construction costs, specifications and construction technology very interesting. You are involved in many facets of the construction process, from the early design phase up to and including the delivery and exploitation of buildings.
Meanwhile, I am an all-round advisor, thanks to the wide experience that I have gained within all kinds of positions in the building sector: from draftsman to work planner and calculator in residential and non-residential construction. Skills that I bring to my work for EGM and have expanded over the years with knowledge of sustainability, LCC/TCO, installations and the integration of specifications within BIM.
