EGM abroad

The health of the global population is changing rapidly. Chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer and obesity are no longer problems exclusive to developed countries. The number of patients is increasing at a startling rate in the Middle and Far East, in Africa, on the Antilles, in Surinam and even in Indonesia. Several years ago, EGM architects decided to export its skills and knowledge within the field of healthcare. This is a process we implement independently as well as in collaboration with distinguished Dutch companies like Philips, Royal HaskoningDHV, Berenschot, AT Osborne and Ballast Nedam.

WE TAKE HOSPITAL CARE TO A HIGHER LEVEL FOR OUR FOREIGN CLIENTS BY EXPORTING AND SHARING OUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

EGM abroad

Abroad EGM works independently as well as in collaboration. We established Dutch Health Architects together with Gortemaker Algra Feenstra in Rotterdam. Together with these organisations and with the support of the Dutch government, we have operations in Russia, the Middle East, the Far East and Turkey.

In addition, EGM architects is also independently active internationally. In Belgium, for example, we realised the new Maria Middelares hospital in Ghent. We are strengthening nursing home care in Belgium through the use of Dutch designs. In addition, we have built a children's hospital in Peru. In the Dutch Antilles we are active in Aruba, Curaçao, Saint Martin and Bonaire. Skolkovo, the new Russian Silicon valley, is rapidly developing into a business park with international appeal. We designed a high-end laboratory for Renova in Skolkovo. In Finland, we have designed the new build for Jyväskylä hospital.

Thanks to the high-quality Dutch healthcare system as well as EGM architects' extensive experience in designing efficient and effective buildings, we are able to bring hospital care and management to a higher level for our foreign clients.
