Successful framework collaboration extended

EGM wins extension on multi-year contract as in-house architect Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs

After the current 4-year framework contract expired, EGM architects has won the new tender for the foreign housing advisory services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The new multi-year contract is agreed for a period of up to 6 years.

Multi-year contract

At the end of 2013 EGM architects won the non-public European tender ‘Consultancy services for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 3W’ (World Wide Working). The tender was issued to adequately respond to the dynamics of the Ministry’s housing themes. In 2014 a multi-year contract was signed.

After this framework contract expired, EGM also won the new tender for the housing consultancy services abroad of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The new multi-year contract has been awarded for another 6 year period. For EGM the extension fits the ambition to literally push boundaries and cooperate internationally.

Multidisciplinary co-operation

The assignment includes designing, developing and monitoring new constructions and renovation projects for chancelleries and residences abroad. 3W highly values the importance to multidisciplinary co-operation, and EGM architects together with RHDHV form a consortium that is fully equipped for this. EGM architects is looking forward to a fruitful and constructive cooperation.
