The Buda Health Centre plays a leading role in spinal health care in Hungary.
The centre in Budapest serves both the public and private healthcare sector in the region. The upcoming expansion will help the centre to maintain and strengthen its market position.
With the lead of Paulinyi & Partners architects-in charge, EGM architects is involved to develop the programme and concept of a new patient-friendly, well-serviceable extension. With the renovation of two parts of the building and the addition of a new block, the redeveloped hospital will cover approximately 27,000 m2.
To maximise the wellbeing of both patients and staff, the design will include the aspect of a healing environment and incorporate the most modern and sustainable techniques. Building will commence shortly, while the opening is planned for 2024.
