For the tender process for the new Amphia Hospital (approximately 75,000 m²), Powered by EGM was commissioned by Amphia to develop the document defining the requirements for a BIM model for Facility Management (FM).
This document supplements the BIM protocol and anticipates the client’s use of BIM during the operational phase. By submitting a tender, the contractor commits to delivering an FM BIM model.
