assistant designer with excellent software skills and imagination

We are

EGM is a remarkable place to work. It is one of the few offices that provides a full range of services in design, detailing and construction. We are therefore able to oversee large, complex projects using our own resources. Our combination of architects, advisors, interior designers, BIM specialists and R&D specialists ensures that you become a member of an exceptionally broad team of experts who are passionate about their work.

We work on a wide range of projects, not only in the Netherlands but also in Curaçao, Finland, Korea, Suriname, Saudi Arabia and Slovakia. From small to very large, from interior design to master plan, with a focus on complex social assignments in the health, government and industry sectors. We design for people. In addition, a building is never isolated but always part of society.

You are

A recent graduate from a University of Technology or Academy of Architecture, or have a maximum of two years of work experience. You are curious and have an inspiring view of socially driven architecture. Moreover, you have an affinity with healthcare architecture or other complex problems.

An important aspect of our work is telling stories with imagination. You are therefore familiar with all the ins and outs of software programs like AutoCad, 3ds Max, Grasshopper, Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Because of our international portfolio, you have an excellent grasp of English.

We offer

A stimulating and informal environment in which you master all aspects of a design project within a short period of time. You work closely with one of our partners and are given a lot of responsibility. That’s why we greatly value a designer with independence, personal initiative and a research-oriented attitude. At the same time, we stimulate team spirit and offer plenty of scope for personal development. Indeed, we encourage that.
